Performance

 

 

 

During her undergraduate studies, she was chosen to perform in multiple works, including renowned choreographers Yoshito Sakuraba (Abarukas Dance), Limón Dance Company, Gallim Dance, and Kentoria Earle w/ Tendayi Kuumba (in representation of Jawole Willa Jo Zollar,  Urban Bush Women). Kelly has also performed in Rochester’s Fringe Festival in Heather Roffe’s show “Human Resources” from 2022 to 2023 and then again in 2025. In the summer of 2023, she was asked to be part of the company Primordial Soup's debut show and worked closely with the choreographer, Jennifer Roush. In 2025, she starred in Katie Messina's residency piece, "Cog in the Machine", leading to working closely with Messina after graduation.

Kelly remained in Rochester for a year, working closely with local choreographer Amya Brice. She appeared in Brice's digitally released video "I Can(Not) Undo My Being", performing in natural settings. Kelly moved to NJ and had the opportunity to perform with the Flair Dance Festival Choreographer Award winner, Jazmin Tyson.

She takes in all opportunities to explore all aspects of dance with passion and perseverance.
